House keeping not up to standard you would expect for this rated hotel. Some staff didn’t seem friendly. Other staff went out their way to help. I asked for some special requests for my son’s 16th birthday but they didn’t accommodate my request.

Hotel’s location is very good, within walking distance from city center (or bike ride away 😊). Staff were very helpful and friendly upon arrival and helped with check-in. The higher floor view is very good 🤩 The room was a bit too warm, luckily the window opens, which helps a bit (normally I like sleeping in warm, but this was a bit much even for me). Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices and everything was delicious.

Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful prior to arrival too. Clean, comfortable, modern interior. Located just 2 Metro stops away from the city center. Good breakfast.

Early check-in (available thanks to Radisson Rewards) helped us a lot as we arrived to CPH with morning flight. Staff was super helpful (aforemendioned early check-in, information about the city, help with ordering taxi to the airport). Wide variety of food available for breakfast, fresh and tasty. Our room was spacious and fully meeting our needs. Also, it was easy to reach by foot the major tourist attractions. Proximity of 5C bus stop made it easy to have a trip to the Aquarium and airport.

we where on the 22nd floor and the view was Fantastic. The Thai restaurant was lovely with very friendly people . The receptionist was so helpful . The place just smelt fresh

It was a great place. Aesthetic lobby, friendly staff a d nice bar. The location is a bit off if you're planing to walk everywhere but if you're using a taxi, od bike it's great. So no complaints.

We loved how convenient it was, 10mins to the nearest metro station but nice and close to the centre! The rooms were lovely and clean!

Location of the hotel. Several restaurant options to choose from. A casino which has a bar that was open 24/7. We were able to buy some water and snacks even after midnight. We were given a complimentary late check out till 3pm. Housekeeping came around daily to clean room and provide fresh linens and towels
