It’s a set in a beautiful historic building that has been renovated and decorated with great care and charm. We stayed in one of the apartments for 5 nights in mid winter so opted for space to be able to really relax in after exploring the city all day. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the food and drink offered were high quality and good value. The communal dinner was an interesting experience, sharing great food and conversation with fellow guests and visitors to the hotel.

Everything. Lovely staff - we had our room upgraded for free and the breakfast was brilliant! The apartment was beautiful and thought the staff went above and beyond to provide an incredible service.

stayed in one of the apartments, which was perfect and like a home from home. ideal location in the harbour area, but away from the crowds. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Really enjoyed the group dining experience and very good value for money.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Upgrade totally blew my mind, having a lovely apartment to my use. Also original rooms seemed spacious and comfy. The social area - the bar/breakfast room - was a nice common space.
