Location was perfect for the train station & city centre. Staff were very helpful & thought nothing of looking after our luggage whilst we did some Copenhagen sightseeing. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice available.

Staff were exceptionally helpful even to an uncouth Englishman like myself. Rooms were comfortable. The soundproofing works well. Breakfast was divine.

This hotel is one of the best value for money hotel in Copenhagen. Staff was so friendly and the girl that did our check in was outstanding. We arrived early due to international flight but she was so accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier. Location was great and so close to Tivoli Gardens Christmas Market

Beautiful hotel, great location and minutes away from train station Staff friendly, nice breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
