Clean, comfortable, pleasant, helpful staff. Close to station but no noise in room. Loved having the roof terrace for a rest after busy day sightseeing. Food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. I felt very safe.

The staff (particularly the reception and restaurant staff) were so helpful. The location of this hotel is very good. THeir bar and restaurant is also great. Their breakfast is outstanding!

Great location and a welcoming entrance and staff. Breakfast was excellent with great service and the room was warm with a comfy bed. The public areas of the hotel have a modern vibe and it is located very close to the main station and near to the metro - easy walk to the Main Street with buses outside as well.

Beautiful interior design. Gorgeous food and drink. So relaxing and staff were so friendly! We even found ourselves going back to the hotel during the day for a drink to chill out for a bit.

the room was spacious, comfortable and nice. the breakfast was delicious as well (specifically the a la carte items were delicious). the location was great, it's right next to the train station and you can basically walk everywhere as well. i haven't had the chance to use the gym but knowing that it is open 24/7 was good.
