The hotel has an excellent location meters away from the central station and is a very convenient starting point to explore the city. The hotel offers good breakfast. In the evening you can bring your own food to the dining area. They also offer noodles and beer. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable.

First time in Copenhagen , the location is very close to train station and metro, and Tivoli , easy to navigate , the staff was very helpful , and easy to cominicate, the breakfast was very good, and whit family we were very happy, thanks again hope to stay again next time there.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city. The breakfast buffet is very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. In the lobby it is always possible to have a coffee or tea free of charge.

The reception was helpful. We had some issues with our first room, and they quickly arranged a new one for us. The new room was more comfortable and better suited for a family stay. Really appreciated how understanding they were! Also, the breakfast was really good—lots of options.
