Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guests under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated in the dormitory rooms.
In Denmark unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel.PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Although the room and was small with no space for anything we felt comfortable. It was warm inside, beds are comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The location was very convenient with the metro station just a short walk distance and the neighbourhood felt safe and nice with plenty of nice restaurants and good atmosphere. The common areas are nice and inviting with plenty to do. Wifi was working just fine.

The location is fantastic, great for sightseeing the city. There is a grocery shop just in front of the hostel, which is very convenient.

The place was easy to find, pretty clean and comfortable. The location is quite central, not far from the main sightseeing spots. The staff was friendly. It was a good option for a one-night stay in the capital.
