“Will stay again when I come to Copenhagen”

Lovely night staff, good service in the room and on the phone. Everything was rather high quality and the place was beautiful! So many things to do as a customer too (biking, boats, swimming etc). Relaxing, soft and clean bed. The staff was helpful with our every request and got solutions to all. Having a bathtub was also a great plus!

Great location and the Havneholm metro is very convenient. Metro system was excellent. Modern hotel and everything was efficient and never queued at reception, lifts, breakfast, bar. There are also good eateries in the food court opposite the hotel.

The hotel is situated just behind Copenhagen Mall and a stone's throw from the metro station, which made it very convenient to get out and about. The room was well laid out and reasonably spacious. The staff was very kind to offer us an early check in as we got there early and they had rooms available. Opposite the hotel is also an IKEA, so for someone wanting a reasonable breakfast, that is also an option.
