Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The gym has just be fully upgraded (in building next door though). Breakfast is very good.

Walk to hotel sign posted once you cross road at P7, P9 car park. All undercover. Room large clean, separate bath and shower. Water pressure not strong. Room faced the airport so lights all night, no black out curtains, need mask. Dining menu limited for evening meal. Breakfast included well catered.

You can go from the airplane to the hotel without stepping a foot outside. We used the self check-in and the whole experience was very smooth.

The room, the view, the comfortable bed, the bathroom with both shower and a bath. The nice staff, the variety of food and drink for breakfast. The location is the best ever. Ready for T2/3 without the need of getting outside from the airport. Really a plus if you have a flight early in the morning. The rituals cosmetics available were appreciated

Facilities, the overall quality the staff were friendly and the location was ideal. Plenty of choice for food/drinks in the restaurant and the breakfast was delicious with again-a wide range of options to suit all.
