The fine print
Terms:
• Only 1 dog allowed in the room.
• It is only available for some standard rooms, it is subject to availability and upon request only.
• The dog must be on lease in the common areas of the hotel.
• It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room – only exception is when you eat breakfast.
• Put the “Dog in the room” sign on the door, so housekeeping does not enter.
• If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, you will have to leave the room with the dog. Please remember to book the cleaning in the reception.
• Please be aware it is not allowed to bring the dog to breakfast and fitness.
• It is not allowed for the dog to be on the bed – so please bring a basket or blanket.
• Please be aware that you as owner is responsible for any damages made by your dog – any damages must be reported to the reception straight away.
• The price for the dog is 150 DKK per night.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was perfect - the train was a 2-minute walk from the hotel and one stop from the central station. We prefer to walk, which took around 10 minutes to get to Tivoli Gardens. We had a room on the 9th floor and the view was stunning.

Brilliant for the money you pay. You get what you pay for. Small room but ideal and very modern and new. If you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep this is ideal

I had a problem with the shower and it was fixed immediately. Reception staff very polite and efficient. Close to a big Mall.

Great location, only 15-20mins from Tivoli and the central train station. The staff were very helpful and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was simple but had everything we needed.

Shower was good and comfortable beds. Problems resolved straight away ie refund for breakfast, more towels when only left one set. Some staff were friendly and smiled.

The location was perfect, it was very easy to arrive from the Train Station, just a 10 minutes walk. The beds were really comfy and the breakfast previously booked was totally worth it. We stayed there for a weekend and it was the perfect place to come to sleep after being outside all day.
