Have visited a few times with the purpose of attending a concert at Royal Arena, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The room has good lighting for getting ready. There is also a safe to lock up any valuables.

My room was clean. Everything was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and professional, always willing to help. The hotel is a 6-minute train ride from central Copenhagen. A shopping center is 100 meters away where you can buy food.

Great location, right next to a shopping mall with supermarket and coffee houses. Lovely communal areas for sitting around with friends or just chilling. Excellent kitchen facilities in the basement for cooking. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing overall. Really handy for the transport links - short 10 minute walk through the mall to the Metro and Train station, providing easy access to Copenhagen centre, as well as trains to the airport, Malmo and the rest of Sweden

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and bright. The location was very good as a few minutes walk from a shopping centre and only 10 minutes from the metro and main line station so easy to get to Malmo as well

It was clean and the staff were friendly, location was ideal for me as close to the venue I was visiting and also close to the metro so could get anywhere. Ideal for single traveller

A simple yet clean room with all the essentials. The location was great - right next to a very nice mall and both metros and trains are nearby. Staff - both reception and cleaning - were very friendly. There is a kitchen available downstairs.
