10/10 hotel. Fantastic location, central to everything. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The breakfast was outstanding, lots of choice and high quality food. All in all, one of the best hotel stays we’ve had.

The character of the property, a very helpful and friendly staff from the welcome desk, to the cocktail bar and the breakfast staff. Really impressed! Not too uptight staff, they made us feel comfortable whilst being extremely respectful and professionnal.

Phenomenal hotel - rooms were beautiful, simply decorated but stylish and practical - and VERY comfy beds! We upgraded to a water view room and it was definitely worth it for the extra money - a beautiful view to wake up to and a VERY impressive breakfast spread - and we are fussy eaters!! Excellent location, right in the heart of the busy spot of the city (near lots of michelin restaurants) and great as a base to explore the rest of the city.

We loved everything here but especially the customer service which was second to none . Perfectly positioned for exploring Copenhagen . Beautiful , comfortable room with fabulous views and kept spotlessly clean . Very comfortable bed , bedding and pillows Wonderful breakfast with so many options all delicious . I celebrated my Birthday here and the tram couldn’t have done more to make it more special and memorable . One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in .
