clean rooms, great view, great service. I had some time to spare before I left Copacabana and my checkout time didn't help the situation. They very gracefully let me safely store my baggage free of charge for a few hours while I wasted time around town. When I came back for it, it was safely stored and quickly returned.

Excellent location welcoming and wonderful hotel. We had balcony amazing view of the lake If I decide to return here I will rebook same place.

Great location, great view of lake with sunset was a bonus. Friendly staff arranged us taxi to bus stand, gave us toilet roll on asking.

Great location on the lake front with great views from our room (with balcony) and also the breakfast and common areas. Room was spacious and comfortable - plenty of hit water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
