A beautiful, historical building that was sympathetically renovated. Cared for by amazing hosts who are considerate, caring and make sure the property is super clean! We had a lovely stay and breakfast was much appreciated. We checked out lots of other accomodation in the town and were very happy with our comfort and stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room and private bathroom clean. Self service breakfast was also provided. Off street parking available. Guesthouse located within an easy walk to the centre of Cooma.

Homely, clean and comfortable. David was a wonderful host, very helpful, a real gentleman, who went out of his way to accomodate our children next door to us. Continental breakfast had lots of options.

The guesthouse is quiet and in a great location. Decor is lovely. The rooms have ensuites, there is off street parking and the breakfast room is very well stocked. There is a full size fridge, microwave, toaster and jug in the room in addition to access to the breakfast room any time. The room I was in was perfect for 1 for the four days I was there but other rooms would be better for two people. David is a good host.

Very comfortable private rooms in a guesthouse located close to centre of town. Well appointed room and very quiet. Excellent continental breakfast.

Host was very nice and professional. Premises was very clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was well catered for with lots of variety offered. Really great price and we would highly recommend this property.

Clean, comfortable and quiet even though it is one street back from the main road through Cooma. . Great outdoor, undercover verandah out the back. Lovely breakfast room with a fabulous, and comprehensive, array of continental style foods. David was a very welcoming host and nothing was too much trouble for him. There is off street parking but the road outside the guest house is very wide so street parking is not an issue. A short walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. My room had a good sized frig in it so I didn't need to use the one in the breakfast room.

As a traveller who needs a quiet location to be able to sleep at night, this place was very good, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was friendly and met my request for a ground-floor room; he even carried my heavy suitcase there. As a historic home, it was lovely to see many original building features retained. I was amazed at the comprehensive, complimentary breakfast on offer, and enjoyed the grandeur of the dining room in which it was served.
