This is the only accomodation in William Creek. We were travelling from Coober Pedy to Arakaroola Wilderness Sanctuary and this was a good stopover to break up the trip. The meal in the pub was good for dinner. The rooms were clean and the beds were good.

The room was in a block of rooms across the road from the William Creek hotel and part of the camping ground. It was clean though quite small with a small but adequate ensuite. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel. There was a comfortable verandah outside the room which was nice to sit on.

Had great character and was comfortable. Staff were very good and the place does well considering its isolation. A good place to meet fellow travellers and have a chat at the bar. Great location to take a flight over Lake Eyre with the airstrip within walking distance of the hotel.

Cabins were extremely basic (literally just a bed) but very clean and comfortable. Staff was lovely. There is a good "vibe" around. Bathrooms were clean and good water pressure.
