Underground mine museum was awesome. Breakfast was yummy, had the smashed avo on sourdough and also banana bread with a coffee. Stayed in the underground room.

Very comfortable, clean, well appointed room set off a corridor.. I have stayed at Desert Cave several times in the past few months. This is the first time I stayed in this part of the complex.Although the room offered greater privacy and was updated, the WiFi service was abysmal compared to the previous rooms.

I liked the location and size of the room. Being mature I didn't have to climb. Stairs and the pool was a 1 min walk and so clean n refreshing. The upgraded room was beautiful , clean n comfortable. Do quiet at night. I also had breakfast in the morning which was so big and delicious.well priced and discounted it was so good ready for long travel. The cappuccinos were very good too. I loved everything about this stay.

After visiting the Desert Cave 20 years ago when it was in its hay day....it was very disappointing to find this visit that the restaurant had closed other than breakfast, reception was hardly there and questions were answered by the cleaners...so short of staff that breakfast took an hour to receive food
