Place is gorgeous staff are great. Joe the guy who runs the place gave us a lift into town and picked us back up really couldn’t believe the level of service.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Joseph, were excellent and really welcoming. We had a meal in the restaurant which was really nice and the breakfast the next day was freshly cooked and delicious.

A fab little hotel . A couple of things that could be done. I had to carry my case up some steel stairs when shown to the room. The breakfast was fab. But could have done with some fresh fruit , seeds and natural yoghurt.

Welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble, always available. Breakfast was delicious. Nice touches, like still and sparkling water in the room. Spacious shower.

Lovely cozy hotel with great location. The staff were very helpful and courteous and made us feel at home. The rooms were nice and clean and had the most amazing view. We will definitely visit again!

The Hotel was located in a prime position, and our room, the Caernarfon, was spacious, comfy and had panoramic views of the River Conwy and surrounding countryside. A Warm and friendly atmosphere greets you enhanced by the friendly staff. Breakfasts were excellent, my choice, eggs Benedict was delicious. We chose the restaurant for our evening dinner, and were spoilt for choice. ( No chicken on the menu). The belly pork was superb and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the salmon. All in all a pleasant and relaxing stay in a quality hotel with scenic views.
