We loved everything - from our first meeting with Gavin to our last goodbye with Gavin! Beautiful building, fabulous sea view, and four poster bed. The bar was full of locals, which was a good sign to us. We'd booked for dinner and it was delicious. Pan fried sea bass with a white wine sauce. Desserts, well. Hubby had a jaffa cake sundae, I had frozen cherry Eton mess. Superb. The room had a bath and a shower, so we were both happy. Breakast was perfect. A full Welsh breakfast. Tasty sausage, fresh mushrooms and gorgeous black pudding. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Gavin does a great front of house job, and I believe the fabulous chef is his husband. An excellent team altogether. We'll definitely be going back.

Location to Conwy and surrounds and access to highway. Beautifully furnished with a home from home feel.

The location was stunning, and perfectly appointed for the beautiful sea and mountains. Aligned for any journey, right on the edge of some of the most wonderful country in the UK. Gavin was a brilliant host, could not do enough for guests and passionate about the area. Everything was top notch

We try and stay here at least once a year. It’s a lovely place, clean and well situated for exploring from. The staff are lovely, the food is fantastic and very well priced!

Stayed one night (23/11/2024) in the Deluxe King room with sea view; highly recommend this spacious, quiet room with really effective double glazing. Lovely, cosy accommodation with nice bar/restaurant. Great breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Gavin is extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave good suggestions of places to visit. We would stay again!
