Felt welcome, check in and out was simple, room was clean and comfy, breakfast was great. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening and were very satisfied.

We stayed for 2 nights in January. The erskine arms had a great central location with lots of places to park nearby. Really lovely decor and cosy rooms. Had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend and stay again

Lovely decor. Excellent restaurant. Menu extensive. Fabulous food. Staff really friendly and efficient. Stayed for New Year -second time. Great time with singer with guitar. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, right next to beautiful castle. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits replenished daily. Room cleaned daily. Peaceful. Radiator controls so could decide what temperature we wanted room. Lovely hot shower or bath. Spacious rooms

Great location just over the road from the station & a bus stop. Nice welcome & we were lucky to get a parking space. Room lovely & comfortable, nice touches like the biscuits. We ate in at night & the food was very good. Great breakfast too.
