The pizzas were some of the best we've ever had, and the view from the room was gorgeous. We could see the outline of the castle as the sun rose. Very friendly staff would definitely come back.

Loved the service (little mince pies when we arrived). The staff were very helpful. The location is perfect in the heart of the town, with a view of the castle.

The host was lovely we had an upgrade which was very sweet of her !! Great view and great location. Didn't realise when we booked that it came with continental breakfast was a lovely surprise and great start to the mornings.

Lovely old building in keeping with the area. Coffee and tea facilities really good. Staff we met were lovely. Breakfast is ok. For the price this is the bare minimum you’d expect. Bed huge and comfortable- can’t complain

All the little extras in the room like aTassimo, air coolers, very comfortable beds, hair dryer, plenty of sockets and an iron was available. Although it's not mentioned in the description, they leave you a small continental breakfast. No parking on site but you could pay and display for 24 hours for £8.60, just around the corner.
