Quirkiness, lovely touches good quality tea, coffee, toiletries. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast area was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. Shower was outstanding!

We were upgraded . Room was fab. Loved the hidden chapel restaurant and bar. Location was perfect ,and breakfast was excellent . Highly recommend .

Room was great, breakfast too and the building is beautiful. No Parking on site but to be expected considering the town was created in the 13th century. Public parking 2 mins walk away at reasonable price.

The location was hidden away but central and perfect for exploring the town The building itself interesting and quirky and interesting from a historical perspective. The room though small ( which is exactly as described when I booked) was ideal and so clean that the bathroom was actually gleaming. We didn't eat in but the menu looked very good although perhaps a bit pricey for us.
