The property is situated just off the B5106 road next to the Conwy Water Gardens. Please request full directions by email as Sat Navs will not work and you may not find it easily.Due to the property location, Internet access is very limited and the connection may be slow. Mobile phone signal is weak in some parts of the house.Please note, the property does not accept American Express so please use an alternative card when booking.in order for the deposit to be taken.Please be aware that the room service during your stay does not include fresh linen. However, clean towels are available if needed and teas and coffees are replaced.Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 must be requested in advance. Arrival after 23:00 is not possible.Bedrooms are not tidied daily during your stay unless requested. Extra towels, teas/coffees etc are available at no extra charge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I loved the location. Remote enough for privacy and only 3 and a bit miles to Conwy. Great rooms, guest facilities and thoughtful guest service. The self cateting Lodge was wonderful. The owner was very helpful and was very supportive of any enquiries. I would very much recommend a stay.

Location was perfect, we stayed in the Lodge and facilities and everything was brilliant. We had a nice walk around the grounds in the morning and had the place to ourselves, we plan to go back again.

Excellent stay at this lovely property. Beautifully presented and very clean with own private secluded garden area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and the welcome basket and Prosecco for our Anniversary was a lovely touch. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The lodge is a self catered annex to the B&B. It is private, quiet, in a beautiful setting, well located for local tourist attractions and amenities (Conwy is a few miles away). Hosts are friendly and attentive to your needs. facilities are to a high standard. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
