What an amazing place. Friendly staff, great food, though if you like a fry up for breakfast, this maybe not for you. Breakfast is a continental style with cereal, fruit, pastries, meats and cheese.

Everything is super and comfortable, among from ever expderienced. Impressible and beautiful view from the main staitus room with breakfast, and the impressible butler’s hospitality. Fully sutisfied with the dinner.

Lovely staff, very informative about the local area and places to eat. We didn't get to stay in the hotel itself unfortunately and were instead based in one of the units just outside, which was less romantic and a bit disappointing! However, the room was clean and tidy, all the usual facilities you would expect. We didn't get to see what was available in the hall, we were told we could use the amenities, but because our lodging was outside of the hall itself just wandering in on a cold and windy night was a bit impractical. The grounds and the building are stunning. The rooms are extremely well equipped and super comfortable beds. The staff are so friendly, feels like home every time we return. Food excellent. Fantastic place to step away from the madness of day to day life and just relax.

Very quite location, perfectly situated for visiting Conwy Castle and Great Orme. Very friendly and accommodating staff, lovely continental breakfast, lovely grounds.

Our second visit, great country location but near Snowdonia National Park and coast. Staff were friendly although a bit overworked I thought, Torin kept calm and organized at breakfast.
