Centrally located large, newer hotel. The quiet room facing the mountains is large and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Bar with alcohol in the neighboring Novotel. There is also a restaurant there (although completely overpriced). All in all, the best IBIS I've ever been to.

For Algeria, this hotel is good. The buffet breakfast is generous. The rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Just one of two hotels in the main part of the city that cater to foreigners. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with secured parking as well. It is very close to the centre of the city and easy to walk around to the sights. Right across from the old food market and a lovely square with cafes, popular in the evening. Staff was pleasant and spoke English well.

The location of the hotel is great; just walking distance of the beautiful centre of Constantine and the bridges. The bar in the neighbouring Novotel is okay.
