“Spacious budget room, off Stada Tomis, near all Constanta's historic attractions and beach”

When I arrived at Casa Kito to check in, there was no space at that address so it was suggested I return later to take another room at an address a short walk away ( on Strada Dacia, off Tomis ). The owner offered to keep my luggage until evening, and did help to move bags to the new location: a 2nd floor studio flat, accessed by a Fire Escape metal stairway.
