Across from train station, shops, restaurants all within easy walking distance. Warm and welcoming atmosphere from walking into the beautifully traditional decor and friendly staff. The welcome drink when you check in. Our double room with lake view was just superb although slightly small it had a comfortable bed, roomy shower, soft fluffy towels, loved having a kettle too! Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but looked elaborate. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our room - the very comfortable bed, the view, the little things like having an electric jug and fridge, the soft towels. We loved staying here too - the proximity to the train station, the cosy bar and the friendly and helpful staff.

Room very small and decor was shabby. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, 2 bicycles acculiez our parking space at the hotel car park and it took 45 minutes to sort out.

Location directly facing the train station and Tourist information. Easy access to everything. Room was spacious, comfortable and quilts and pillows were luxe. A bottle of water in the room was appreciated. Rooms not cleaned everyday, unless requested, to support Sustainability which we loved! Excellent staff. Problem in bathroom immediately resolved! Will stay again.

Second time we have stayed. Staff were friendly, welcoming and spoke English (very helpful!). The corner room we were given was huge. The communal areas of the hotel are very nice and the location is excellent as it is opposite the train station.

The hotel is well located, near to the port where the ferries leave and there are a good selection of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The building is very grand, with good sized rooms - and the breakfast area / restaurant is an impressive Moroccan room. Staff were friendly and responsive.
