I have paid 661 Euro , for a big room , with a big bed , when i arrived i received a very small room , with a bad air , no shower shoes , and not the bed i requested. They said that was left. Only after i said that i cancel and infirm booking the have me next night another room but still not same what i paid . It is my first bad experience with am Hotel reservation via booking . I triend to find another hotel but did not find

The hotel is located in a great location in the old town of Konstanz. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station and ferries that service the lake. Fantastic location to walk to the lake, restaurants and around the old buildings and a great view from the room. Great receptionist who was super helpful. Rooms are modern and tidy. Breakfast is really good with a lovely bright dining area.
