The food was brilliant at a good price too! Staff were pleasant and happy to assist.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The location was great and just a short walk into the village. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Overall, the hotel was really good value for money and I would stay again when visiting the Lake District in the future.

Excellent Location, close walking distance to the lake as well as into the village, Nice & Quiet so no large groups. Missed not having a lounge to sit quietly in or have a drink in a cosy seat & read the papers in.
