Complimentary airport transfers by shared van will be arranged upon request based on standard number of occupants. If you wish to make use of this service, kindly contact the resort's reservations department at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.The use of fly-cams/drones is banned on Con Dao Island unless a pre-arranged license has been granted by the local authorities. Such a license does not apply to the resort, where the use of fly-cams/drones is not permitted to ensure guest privacy and safety.Six Senses Con Dao Is A Non-smoking Resort. In our continued efforts towards creating a healthier and more sustainable experience, we want to remind you of our 100% sustainable building methods and national park setting. For this reason, as confirmed in your reservation letter, there is a strict no smoking policy inside the Resort. In the interest of protecting our Resort from risk of fire, any guests found not to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without any possibility of refund for unused nights.
If you wish to smoke, please follow your host’s guide and visit one of our designated smoking areas situated throughout the property for your convenience.Surrounded by tropical rainforests, from time-to-time guests may have a surprise visit from some jungle friendly yet harmless animals. We are always on hand 24/7 to help escort these “uninvited friends” away - if you don’t welcome them!
Moreover, the new turtle season is approaching. Thus, we recommend that our guests turn off unnecessary electric lights and devices in your Villa to ensure the perfect conditions for mother turtles during their egg-laying.
We are also pursuing a zero-plastics policy and encourage our guests to refrain from bringing plastic products to our Resort.For hygiene and environmental reasons, any outside food and beverages are not allowed within Six Senses Con Dao. Should you wish to bring them inside the Resort, we have the right to reject these items or, alternatively, we are happy to keep them for you until your check-out.For your safety and privacy, outside guests are not allowed inside the Resort. Six Senses Con Dao is delighted to welcome only pre-booked guests.Only the number of guests (adults & children) indicated on your booking confirmation will be accepted at the time of check-in. Should there be any extra unregistered guests, Six Senses Con Dao reserves the right to refuse their entry or register them under a new room booking (subject to room availability). Should you have any such requests, kindly inform us in advance of your arrival so we can arrange the appropriate accommodations. Please note that children from 12 years old and above are considered as adults.Every Villa has its own bikes, provided for your use around the Resort roads. But if you need a ride, please contact your GEM for the next available buggy. Please note that wait times for a buggy may take up to 30 minutes during peak times.

Our stay at Six Senses Con Dao was unforgettable. We deeply appreciated the hospitality of the entire team, who provided us with above-standard services. They were smiling at us all day long, making us feel loved and cared for, which created an exceptional atmosphere. This is undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest asset. The resort has a unique concept of butler service, where each guest is assigned their own GEM (“Guest Experience Maker”), who is available anytime to fulfill any wish. Our lovely GEM, Cookie, did a fantastic job despite the fact that we are very demanding guests. What truly surprised us was the personal care provided by the top management. The resort manager, Lakmal, spent significant time each day with guests, inquiring about our needs to ensure our stay was exceptional. Any issue we raised was addressed immediately to our full satisfaction. The real highlight, however, was the personal care from Chef Memo. My wife is vegan, and every day he personally asked what she would like to eat and prepared completely personalized meals for her. Even when I expressed interest in something off the menu, he simply made it – and the taste of these meals was absolutely fantastic. Huge respect and thanks to Memo! We must also mention the amazing breakfast, which featured an incredible variety. For example, just fruits were offered in a large, cooled room, and there was a special “bar” that prepared fresh fruit juices and smoothies on demand. Yong was totally spoiling us. The housekeeping service was excellent – cleaning and turndown were done discreetly during our breakfast or dinner, so we hardly ever saw the staff, which maximized our privacy. There were also many small, thoughtful touches. For instance, if you wanted to go outside, they not only provided free bicycle but also included a helmet, a bag with water, snacks, and wet towels. This demonstrates the admirable “obsession” of every employee to make your stay perfect.

We just loved our visit to Six Senses Con Dao resort! It was just paradise!! We had a beachfront villa, with the best views over a mile of pristine white beach out to sea. Awesome! The service from the staff was exceptional – friendly, helpful and all very good fun. A big thank you to Nhan, our personal butler for looking after us so well! The island resort was just full of surprises, including our being so lucky to have nests hatching and baby turtles being released to the sea on two evenings during our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed hitting some ‘eco’ golf balls out to sea … to feed the fish! Such great fun, again with the very helpful staff. Also highly recommend local historical and prison tour as there is a lot of dark history but bright future to know about Con Dao island. Again, our guides were excellent.
