Poulo Condor Resort on Con Dao island masterfully balances luxury with authentic Vietnamese character. The beach is a highlight - long and beautiful, offering unique opportunities for walks that can take you all the way to the airport fence for departures plane spotting. Speaking of the airport, despite being only 6 minutes away by car, its small ATR aircraft operations never disturb the resort's tranquility. While the food quality is good, the menu could benefit from featuring more local Vietnamese cuisine alongside its Western offerings. This would better cater to adventurous travelers eager to explore regional flavors. What truly sets Poulo Condor apart is how every element - from the decor to the service - reflects genuine care and thoughtfulness rather than corporate standardization.

+ welcoming Drink, refreshing towl and massage during check-in 😍 + wonderful, helpful staff + beautiful hotel grounds + clean beach in front of the hotel, almost lonesome beach, nice Long Beach Walks + everything was super easy from check-in to organizing/booking treatments, motorbikes etc + amazing breakfast: lots of different options in drinks (coffee, cappuccino, Vietnamese coffee etc)!and food (international and local) to choose from + room service twice a day (if you like to) + free coffee, tea and of course water in your room everyday (you can make your own Vietnamese drip with sweetened milk 😊)

A very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location with everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We rarely stay somewhere for more than two days, but I had such a good time here that I didn't want to leave. Incredibly nice and helpful staff, especially the reception girls Vy and Nhuan were really helpful with everything. The hotel has a beautiful beach, an amazing pool, a restaurant, we also used massages, some of which we completed. The hotel lent us scooters to explore the island, provided transportation to and from the airport. Con Son (Con Dao) is a very calm and peaceful place, if I ever come back to Vietnam, I will definitely come here. Thank you ❤️

Location is paradise, the resort itself is stunning, so green spacious and full of wildlife, the beach right on the resort is tranquil and not busy (basically totally empty) amazing coral in the sea for snorkelling. Pool area is a stunning view of the mountains. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Poulo Condor Hotel was the highlight of our 3 week trip through Vietnam. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with access to a private beach. Nature has been allowed to thrive within the hotel complex whilst still maintaining a luxurious feel. The staff are extremely hospitable, especially Nhuan from reception who went the extra mile to make our stay at Poulo a truly exceptional experience. I highly recommended this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic location on the beach, great staff, good food and cocktails. Peaceful, low density, boutique hotel. Roomy colonial style bungalows. Hotel grounds are well laid out, lots of space to relax on the beach. Anything we wanted - scooter hire, turtle sanctuary visit - they organised.

Lovely hideaway on the island of Côn Đảo. Indochina style setting. Spacious rooms in a well maintained park. A gorgeous 25 m infinity pool. Excellent service and restaurant. Clean beach.

The philosophy of Poulo Condor with luxury service while being fully immersed in the island environment. Great rooms, well attended and clean (twice a day) Luxury accommodation in the jungle and very close to the beach. Great attention to the environment - not a single plastic container around. Staff very kind and caring. Good breath of choice for food and good quality. Great drinks. Great accommodation and services offered (scooter rental, airport shuttle, snorkeling gear, entertainment room) Low touch/impact approach. Very queiet. Great maintenance of gardens, streets, and all areas around: the staff works very hard to keep the jungle at bay and the beach clean. Very close to Đi Đầm Trầu beach (beautiful!) Scooters are great to get around in the island.
