Perfect location, amazing staff, clean comfortable room, breakfast cooked to order and a roof top pool - loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it. My husband fell ill when we were there (unrelated to the hotel) and all of the staff were so caring and helpful in assisting me to find medication, offering natural remedies, preparing special food and allowing him to stay in the room well beyond checkout time at no cost so he could rest before our flight. We honestly felt like the only guests in the hotel (actually only saw two others in the 3 nights we were there) & it was wonderful.

We loved our room! We booked one with a balcony and I asked for a higher floor so the view was wonderful. The room was well decorated and very clean, the bathroom was well laid out. On the 5th floor we were up near the swimming pool and sunbathing area, which we used but it was a little windy and the pool water very cold. (But that’s due to the time of year of course). The breakfast was good- way more than you can possibly eat! As low season it was not self serve, but we got fruit, bread, toast, eggs and noodle soup if we wanted it. The staff, although not English speaking tried very hard to communicate with us and sorted out any problems we had quickly and with a smile. We also appreciated pick up and drop off at the airport which ran very smoothly. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Good Location with a rooftop pool. The pool location was good for a night and morning swim with mountains views.
