Exceptional guest house with delicious food and breathtaking views: highly recommended. Very comfortable bed in a charming room. Get away from the busy, polluted lakeside towns and visit Isla del Sol. One of the most wonderful and unique experiences I’ve eve had. Thank you Utasawa.

Amazing view of the lake. Spacious room with patio to relax and enjoy the view. Lovely restaurant with other options nearby if needed. Regrettably, we were only on the island for one night as we would have loved to stay longer. What a lovely find, 100% recommend.

Oscar was so nice to us. He made us a great meal. The trout was fantastic. In the morning also we got a great breakfast. He treated us as kings. The view was also fantastic. Please ask Oscar to organize the mulls for your coffins. It is quite a walk to all the hotels. Utasawa is quit near compared to other hotels.

Our room had magnificent view on snowy mountains, with a sitting place close to the window. Breakfast was very good. WiFi was excellent!! This is the same for any accommodation on the island: Be aware that you need to climb steep stairs from the harbour to the accommodation ( you get the view in turn); do therefore not take too much luggage, though the hotel arranges carrying luggage on request.

- The kindness of the host, she was very welcoming. - The great view on the lake Titicaca from the room. Amazing sunrise on the lake Titicaca, I recommend to wake up early to see the sunrise. - Warm water and heating in the room. - Good and generous breakfast. - Good restaurant.

The rooms were cozy, with a heater and hot water in the shower. Sonia was extremely kind, the food she prepared was very good and in big portions. The view from the rooms is amazing and you can hear just the noises from the animals around. Consider staying at least two nights to completely experience the beautiful nature of Isla del Sol!

Absolutely lovely lodgings set in a beautiful hillside location, just a sort walk from the dock! Stunning views of the sunrise from the huge windows in the bedroom which somehow provide complete privacy from any other guests. Gorgeous decorated bedrooms with local crafts. Lovely hot showers. The staff are very friendly and give excellent recommendations for local activities and food.

Sulma and Sonja were delightful, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with kindness and a beautiful smile. The location is amazing with views across lake Titikaka to the Bolivian mountains. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the whole experience will be one I remember with fondness for a very long time.
