The location is perfect, right on a main street with many shops and restaurant/cafe establishments to choose from. Everything was great. We were met by Emanuela, who brought us the keys and showed us the apartment. We arrived before check-in and Emanuela was incredibly accommodating, we dropped off our luggage and went off to explore. We were traveling with our two kids, and they were very comfortable on the sofa bed. There was more than enough space for the four of us. The apartment itself is lovely equipped with everything we could need. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. (Note that we were visiting in mid-October during off-season, so Como was not too crowded).

Amazing location in the center of town but close walking distance to parking garage if driving. Beautiful apartment with balcony views of the downtown streets. very spacious. Wish I had more time!

Great location. In the old Town area within walking distance of the lake, restaurants, Carrefour etc. There was a Cafe just outside the apartment complex ideal for getting fresh coffee and breakfast if you don't want to cook. Emanuela received us at the apartment and was very helpful. She instructed us on how to get there, showed us the facilities at the apartment and gave us directions on where everything was available in Como. The washing machine was a plus for us since we were able to do a load of laundry and dry our clothes on the drying rack provided in the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and located in a very good position where you have access to everything you need. In the neighborhood there are plenty of restaurants and terraces and carrefour store.
