The loft was spacious for a family of 5 and had all the required amenities.

The apartment is just like the pictures. It is clean. It is a good place to stay for a reasonable price within walking distance to the historical part of Como. Just a 5 minute walk away. Also located right next to a grocery store. The apartment could use a few more essentials like some salt and sugar, but it did have coffee for your morning cup. The apartment does not have any views and is in an alley behind businesses. However, it is a good place to stay close to the lake in order to spend your day sightseeing in town. Host was cooperate and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.it worked well for our family of 5.

The appartment is spacious. We had enough space, even though we were 6. It was pretty clean and the beds were confortable enough to get a good sleep. It was great that were able to leave the luggage earlier than check-in, as the appartment was cleaned prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we got the keys easily, as the host provided more than enough information on how to do the self-check-in/check-out. Although not central, the location was quiet and did not seem dodgy at all, but we were a group of 6 men - maybe to some it may seem different. Within 10 minutes of walking from the old city center and the railway station and LIDL is within 2 minutes.
