Excellent location, very central and accessible to everything. There is a carrefour express right downstairs. Como lago bus stop and train station both hardly 2 mins walk from the property. Nicely maintained and furnished. The remote reception team( Elisabetta) has been very supportive and helpful at all times. Would recommed and definitely will stay there again.

nice partial view of the lake, beautiful shower and bath (the water pressure is okay but could be better), good coffee and had even two balconies

The B&B was in the heart of the beautiful city of Como, 2 minutes on foot from the lake and 5 minutes from all restaurants and cafes along the lake:)
