The room was warm, clean and spacious. The shower was also spacious. The owner of the property was very responsive and allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. There were quite a few steps to climb to get to the apartment, however there was plenty of warning prior to arrival and this was not an issue.

Easy to access with clear instructions. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable but quite basic: good for a short stay but not recommended for more than a couple of nights. The building is shared by a good restaurant.

The location of the apartment is perfect. On the first floor there was a good restaurant, so we did not think much where to eat something special. Apartment was clean and comfy.

Despite the issues with the apartment itself, the location of this apartment is definitely a highlight. It is situated right in the center of Como, making it easy to reach the lake, stores, and restaurants very quickly. This was very convenient for us, as we wanted to explore the city and experience all it had to offer. We also had a positive experience with the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. She was able to provide us with some great recommendations for things to do in the area and made us feel welcome. Overall, while the apartment had some downsides, the location and friendly receptionist definitely made our stay more enjoyable. If you are looking for a convenient location in the heart of Como, this apartment could be a good option for you.

We absolutely loved staying here as a family with our 1yr old baby. We were accommodated to perfectly. The apartment right in the heart of Como and is only a 2 min walk to all the want to be areas. There are a few flights of stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us. Would recommend to stay here if you’re with a family or a couple as the location was great for the price paid.

A lovely loft apartment with lots of space, and a great location right in the middle of town. We really appreciated the fridge and all the facilities. 24 hour car parking was nearby and we could easily arrange to load and unload luggage at the property. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

A lovely, stylish and well equipped apartment in a very central location. Easy access to the apartment and good communication with the host. Good air conditioning and wifi.
