Contact the property one day in advance to organize the check-in time (3-7pm) and the delivery of the keys . Full payment for the booked stay must be paid before or upon check-in.
All guests must show a photo ID and credit card. You can put this information in the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.Upon request, the property also offers automatic check-in in the evening or at night, the request for which must be confirmed by the property. In this case, instructions for entry and use of the apartment will be sent in advance.
To obtain the instructions, it is necessary to send the documents of all the guests and a prepayment of € 200 via email or whatsapp.

These are beautiful apartments in a beautiful convenient part of Como. Right amongst the action but very quiet as well. This is not a cheap option but well worth the extra. Very good host and easy entry.

Everything perfect. Big spaced unit, clean, all things needed available. Nearby stores, grocery, easy self checkin, walkable to train and ferry station, plus easy communication with the host. We had a perfect stay.

The host is very kind and supportive. location is in the center of como with walking distance to all sightseeing. everything you need in your stay is available in the house. cleaning is outstanding.

Great to have a little more space and roomier bathroom after just being in small hotel rooms. Location fabulous. Great to wash our clothes and have a little kitchen, but no supplies.

The location of the property was fabulous. It was on the main square. Everything was good & clean.
