Well-located hotel not far from the train station and the promenade. good value for money in Como. Friendly personnel and kudos for letting us check-in a bit earlier.

Nice location, good view from rooms balcony, friendly stuff, cleaning was performed every day, free water, possibility to take breakfast (included) to the room.

Staff were very friendly. Plenty of food on offer at breakfast. Easy walk to the lake front and Como's historical center. Room was comfotable.

Excellent clean rooms, the hotel is easy to find and on the main road. Not far from the train station, breakfast can be eaten even if waking up late.

Very friendly staff. Good size room with a balcony. Heating was on (start of November) and it was a pleasant temperature (weather was great which helped too :) ) Hot water for shower straight away. The bidet a nice little extra. Shutters kept out the light very well at night. Breakfast was fairly basic but with full service and the coffee was very good.
