The location is great, in the centre of Como. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The flat is very cozy with evetything you need for holidays.

Comunication with staff was very good, easy and clear. The location is brilliant! It's well worth climbing 95 stairs up to the top for the view and the spacious terrace (even the stairwell is interesting)! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Despite a 8/10 rating I would still recommend this accommodation.

This property is in an excellent location, with many restaurants and bars at it's door. It's nice to have a patio area to sit outside for fresh air. The air conditioning is excellent if you are there in the hot season.

Great apartment with a large terrace where we sat in the evenings and enjoyed the beautiful view of the city. The apartment is small, for two people. But fully equipped: there are cooking utensils in the kitchen, in the bathroom towels, shower gel, soap, laundry capsules. On the day of arrival the owner called to check everything was ok. The apartment does not have a lift, but a stunning entrance. Very convenient location of the apartment, quiet, clean and peaceful.
