The hosts had great communication, reaching out with an information pack a few days before arrival. We then received very clear detailed information of how to find the keys. During our stay when we had any questions, they were very prompt and helpful with their responses. The place had a small lift which was handy for taking the the luggage up and down. The apartment was clean and spacious, with good kitchen. Was great having the washing machine there as well, with 2 washing tablets provided by the hosts. Nice and easy walk from the train station as well, where we could drop the hire car as well.

Good location, near to train station and city centre. Apartment was well equipped. Check-in went smoothly and we were happy to get keys even earlier than expected.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, with all necessary amenities, lots of storage space. Great kitchen. Perfect for long stays although we we were there for just 3 days. The location is perfect, just 5 mins from the bus station and about the same to the train station. At a central street with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Loved the vibe of the place, as well as the customer service of Rent All Como who gave instructions on WhatsApp, and sent me a digital guide which seemed overwhelming at first but was actually very helpful.

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything needed for a fabulous stay, perfect location and great communication from hosts. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment except that it exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to everyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Como.
