Everything was already there so you don‘t have to go shopping for the basic things. There was even a little present waiting for us! Very friendly and helpful owner! I would definitly recommend this place.

EVERYTHING! Absolutely perfect! Our host had thought of everything, the property was spotless, well stocked and catered for all situations. The bonus of a washer/dryer was fantastic. Possibly one of the best places we have stayed. Safe and secure, quiet. The outdoor balcony was wonderful and it was nice to be able to have some home cooked meals relaxing outdoors.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this apartment. Federica is an exceptional host, very attentive, very helpful, and super friendly. The flat is gorgeous, we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco and some water. Throughout our stay, Frederica sent us recommendations and other useful info. You can get into Como using a bus service, which you can pay for using contactless. It's been a wonderful stay. Thank you

A thoughtful gift on arrival.plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Crockery, glasses, pots and pans were excellent. Balcony hanging chairs were great,

I'm in love with this cute appartement. It's my fourth time at Lake Como and this accommodation was much better than the others. It was so clean and quite. There was everything I needed and plenty of space for my things. Feredica was very helpful and kind. I could stay there for months.
