View were amazing. Room was very clean. Staff was so helpful helping us getting into town in their personal cars as taxis are hard to find in como.

The view is really a highlight, also the kindness and flexibililty of the staff. We arrived a bit after their check-in hours, and got detailed self check-in instructions with photos attached. Room was clean and spacious with a terrace facing the lake and mountains. Sour breakfast was made fresh based on our wishes and my dietary limitations, the self service sweet italian breakfast included pastry, bread, fruit, cereals, jam, honey, nutella... Coffe was perfect, nespresso, I couldn't resist drinking 2 cups🙏. Parking spot is private in front of the building.

A really pleasant surprise of facilities and layout on the inside. I read a review about someone having a shower with a view of the lake… and it’s true!! It’s really well designed and the quality of fittings is really rather good. Parking is also good. We had a sports car that rides low and even that just about cleared the entrance and ramp. Just go slowly!

Extremely brillant. Alice was very nice and helpful, they even got the breakfast made earlier than usual. Roberto and Brando were also very nice and welcoming. Beautiful below. Can’t wait to come back.

Our host was amazing and the breakfast was great. The view was spectacular and unique. Extremely clean and would definitely recommend.

The rooms are high quality materials, very comfortable and clean. The view is breathtaking, exactly like on their photos, you will look for hours.
