Stefano was very gentle and helped us with everything we needed, including an early check in considering we were arriving before 3pm. The room is small, but very cozy and near the lake. The location is awesome, we did everything we wanted with a short walk. Also it was really clean. I'd definitely recommend and would go back anytime.

Communication with owner Stefano was very clear and exuberant. he was very clearly passionate about his place and the comfort of his guests. communication prior was very good. foolproof instructions on how to find the place (a few minutes walk from the ferry wharf). The bed was very comfortable, Bathroom large and quite modern. Wifi strong. Small fridge in the room which the owner stocks with drinks and a bottle of prosecco at no cost. He asks if you have any requests. There is a Carrefours supermarket about 2 minutes walk away to buy snacks and drinks. Restaurants around as well, and the lady at the newstand spoke good english. Stefano was away when it came to check in, but communication via whatsapp was clear and we located the lockbox with keys. There are 2 rooms in this place, numbered 1 and 2, and the owner and his family live in the unmarked room. Don't worry though. all totally seperate with no intermixing. and the price was very reasonable too.

Very comfortable and even luxurious place: free bottle of prosecco, soft and cosy bed, the shower with water that you can make really hot, clean room. Feels really like home. And very helpful hotel owner.

First of all, a huge thank you to Stefano! Even before we arrived in Como, he reached out to us, asked us many questions, and made sure we had a smooth and comfortable arrival. The room was exceptionally clean and relatively spacious, providing everything we needed for our stay. Stephan went above and beyond to explain how to access the property, and he gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. His attentiveness and helpfulness truly made our experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

“Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience staying here! The house was spotless, and everything felt brand new. It was perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. The highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible owner. He was so kind, welcoming, and flexible, going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He explained everything thoroughly, helped us with every detail, and truly made us feel at home. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and we even enjoyed having coffee in the room – a unique and thoughtful touch! This was easily one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend staying here – you won’t regret it!

Amazing host-super nice, great contact. Didn’t have to worry about anything-he recommended restaurants, we received welcome prosecco and we could leave our luggage for half a day before our flight.
