Perfect location but still quiet at night. Good size room with excellent facilities. All staff were superb right from the complimentary Prosecco for my birthday on arrival, to restaurant recommendations to just genuinely being interested in our enjoyment of Como.

Staff members are very friendly and always willing to provide support and information. I had an early morning flight and the staff offered and prepared a breakfast box at 5AM, so considerate and nice.
