Very good breakfast. The hotel is in a great location for the town, but quite a steep climb up and down which could be difficult for older people.

This is the second time we have stayed here and after sampling many different places over the years in Comillas La Solana Montanesa has to be our favourite - the setting is beautiful, the layout and buildings are interesting, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a nice little balcony having views across to the university, the Gaudi house and the old town. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, the general vibe was welcoming - we really like it here!

We had a small but perfectly lovely room with a balcony and fantastic views - so close to the centre and the GAudi villa. Breakfast was really lovely and staff so friendly and helpful

Good size room, neat and tidy, with very good ensuite. Manager at reception was friendly and gave good advice on local attractions
