Very friendly welcome by two genuine people. Clean comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast accompanied by my choice of music! Pretty village with two excellent pubs within walking distance.

Steve is a fantastic host, so welcoming, down to earth and very helpful! Breakfast with Ann in the morning was excellent. I would love to come back, fantastic little gem in a beautiful part of the world.

Excellent Breakfast , Lovely Central Location , Owners were lovely and very helpful. Pubs , Food and Galleries on the doorstep... a fantastic base to explore East Devon
