Lovely,warm and comfortable room with sea view. Nice to have a smart TV also. We love a king-size bed and we got one which was a bonus. We enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast and the service was super. Plenty of street parking nearby. ( Our trip was out of season however.) We will be booking again.

exceptionally clean. lovely owner . right on the seafront. breakfast is served by waitress in small white aprons and hat which added to the experience. 2nd time staying there and will go again

The room was a good size, a little dated in the decor but very clean, and the view of the sea was brilliant. The location is great if you want a sea view and for a short stay Rhos had enough good places to eat. Maria the host was lovely and the staff were attentive. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Really enjoyed are stay breakfast absolutely 💯 even my son that doesn't eat breakfast absolutely loved it. Room was really good and comfortable all in all really good value for the price would certainly come back again soon. Staff very welcoming ,polite and very helpful the owner really wonderful
