Everything the bus stops either outside or bottom of road on the promenade The owners do anything you ask very DOG FRIENDLY and they got rather large sausage after breakfast,room exceedingly warm had turn radiator off,was huge room and unique step upto ensuite shower and down to wash basin Lovely quiet area walking distance of colwyn bay fantastic bus service well we never had any problems

This was a really great find that I hope to visit many times in the future. It is in Rhos-on-Sea close to all the facilities and great value. All the parts I saw were spotless with lovely towels and clean bedding. The owners are great hosts and the vegetarian breakfast was fabulous. Couldn’t fault anything about my stay.

Lovely warm welcome from Sandy & David, after staying here last time 10 years ago! Great location for the beach, town, pubs, shops etc - just leave the car & walk. Breakfast was superb and set us up for the day :-)

Lovely location, Rhos-on-sea is a little gem, the Hotel is near the seafront, the room was clean and comfortable with good facilities, the hosts were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, very good value for money and I highly recommend it.
