This accommodation was built in the Portugues/Goan style and offered a large shared upper balcony and each room had individual balconies. Chilled spring water was provided, as much as you wanted. The caretaker will provide breakfast in your room if you order the day before. It was well kept and was in a very quiet location. The room was large and had a nice bathroom. The tv service offered programs in multiple languages including english. There was a secure cupboard to leave valuables, the door lock had a strong padlock anf the balcony doorway has a folding security grill, so leaving valuable items in the room was possible. There was some very nice small cafe/restaurants offering traditional breakfast within a 3 minute walk, and prices at local rates. The beach was 5 minutes walk, was very quiet with adequate bars/restaurants and sunbeds. The taxi rank was at the accomodation entrance and the taxi's and drivers were clean and well dressed. They were very friendly and helpful, even calling a local mechanic for us when our hire car had a problem. We would have no hesitation recommending this accomodation to friends and family and would consider staying again. If this accommodation was in the uk, it would be a 3 plus standard.

Great location ...lovely welcome . Very homely feeling....Food was excellent....Gregory was gracious enough to let us change dates at short notice and was a great person to interact with.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a prime location just a short distance from the beach. The owner was exceptionally polite and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. A special mention to Ms. Milan, who provided delicious breakfast at very nominal charges. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch to our mornings. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South Goa. It offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere.

All about this guesthouse was very good. Clean and comfortable room, hot water 24 hours with a good water pressure. Nice and helpful staff. Reasonable price for airport pickup. Very honest and friendly owner. If I come to Colva again then definitely to this guesthouse. The location was very convenient, close to the beach facing lovely fields and in a very quiet place

Staying here was an outstanding experience. Nestled in a beautifully tranquil location, the hotel offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene surroundings provided a soothing backdrop for a relaxing stay. What truly made my visit exceptional was the warm and friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made all the difference, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere.
