We've stayed here many times over the years since 2017 (we come to the AQHA Congress every year to watch the Reining Futurity), and wow have they ever upped their game! Rooms all have now been refurbished (last year they were mid-way through and our room last year would not lock from the outside). We had a room facing the congress, on the upper level, and it was very quiet - just like we had asked for. There did not seem to be the same issues with dodgy people doing nefarious business in the car park - at least not whilst we were there. This was our most pleasant stay here ever.

Didn’t stay for breakfast. The neighborhood was a little worriesome however we experienced no issues. Desk person did recommend a pizza place which was very good.
