Real fast was really excellent. Rooms were clean and staff friendly and accommodating. We had late arrival times and they stayed up to make sure we could register and get our rooms after a long and tiring journey.

The staff are amazing. I was a little late for breakfast one morning, so they delivered it to my room and then went and got a coffee for me. Yes, it seems a little gesture, but was greatly appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at Viveka Hotel Colombo! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel’s prime location on Galle Road made it easy to explore the city, and the convenience of nearby amenities added to the experience. The Deluxe Single Room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, with all the essentials and more. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay in Colombo’s tropical climate. The room featured a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and thoughtful touches like a tea/coffee maker and an electric kettle. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the air purifier and hand sanitizer provided in the room. The quiet, non-smoking room offered a restful atmosphere, and I especially loved the spacious seating area and the comfortable desk setup. Whether relaxing or catching up on work, it met all my needs. The safety deposit box, wardrobe, and additional conveniences like ironing facilities were also much appreciated. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request to have rooms close together. Their proactive communication and effort to make my stay seamless did not go unnoticed. Even though the room didn’t include a meal plan, there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, Viveka Hotel Colombo exceeded my expectations. It’s an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service at a great value. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Colombo. Highly recommended!
